From Japan to Canada, from France to the US, the shorelines of the entire globe mingle in David Burdeny's black and white photographs. For long minutes he lets his camera drink the dark twilight, the milky stillness of unruffled water. On his film a click engraves unmoving landscapes. Burdeny found them set in stone, serene, majestic as statues. A photographic dive into the limbo.

Catherine Malandrino is launching her first line of accessories. Bags, shoes, and belts come in the colors of F/W ready-to-wear - magenta, plum, purple, ash and black. They adorn themselves with gorgeous fabrics and materials: metallic or patent leather, velvet, satin and crystal. Architecture informs the collection, which is all about volumes and peculiarly shaped heels (columns, cones, steps...). Totally to the point.

The Bahamean artist Tavares Strachan likes to build works of art that address environmental issues. After exhibiting a monumental cube of Alaskan ice in the Bahamas on the hottest day of the year, he settled simultaneously in two New York galleries last fall, and turned them into cloud factories. A part of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin will undergo the same transformation next August.

Using a computer, some electronics, and the pressure inside glass spheres, he reproduces the formation of clouds from New York's water and silicon dust. These artificial clouds live for only ten to fifteen minutes. Enigmatic photographs, included in the same exhibition space, illustrate different stages of the process. For now these clouds-to-be slumber somewhere between Europe and America, safe in the contorted pipes and stills of Strachan's, a modern alchemist.

To achieve this, please provide yourself with one of the extraordinary vintage-inspired umbrellas by Bella Umbrella's, an American brand whose founder's initial activity was the rental of her collection of vintage umbrellas for very select weddings. With your other hand take hold of a Bo-tanica watering can - make sure you filled it up beforehand. Its cleanly-drawn lines will enhance your concentration. Now close your eyes and slowy, slowly, spill the contents of the watering can on the umbrella. The heavens are listening.

Bradbury & Bradbury print gorgeous wallpapers tinged with sweet nostalgia. Their patterns are taken from the Victorian era, the Arts & Crafts movement, or modern art. This one was imagined in the 30's by architect Raymond McGrath, presumably for the house of an aviator lady who'd christened the place "Rudderbar"... Between two flights, even at home, her head remained in the clouds.
