A strange microclimate rules the skies of Guerlain: meteorites are raining there since 1987. A modern cult worships these intriguing beads of make-up that look like they fell from the stars. As a gesture of celebration, the Pucci house is now offering them its signature colors - fuchsia, turquoise, apricot, gold, pink, and white.
Four glosses add up to these mystic beads to form the perfect outfit of a Riviera élégante : Sparkling sun and Sparkling sea, with a golden or turquoise base, look completely translucent and saturated with sparkles; while Twist of pink and Twist of peach are swirls of Pucci prints on silk.
Patent calf leather pumps, ink and lemon, Michel Perry, 395 €
Michel Perry, 243, rue Saint-Honoré Paris 1°, +33 1 42 44 10 07
Be careful when you come home from a trip to the seaside wearing those precious pumps: the cat, when it greets you, might mistake them for a splendid specimen of exotic fish - very appetizing. Michel Perry is definitely irresistible.
Carpenter Block Re:mo, SOZ, 225 € for a box of 28 pieces
The SOZ brand, a gathering of French and Japanese designers, chose its name in reference to the Japanese word for "creation". That's because they encourage our creative talent with their colorful plastic blocks. Give us a bucketful of these bricks, and we'll turn into designers somewhere between Mies van der Rohe and a Lego ® boy. No nails, no glue, everything is done by hand, skilled or not skilled. 28 blocks = 1 stool, 130 blocks = 1 armchair, 10 blocks = 1 lamp! We could also do as we did when we were kids, and "reinterpret" the manual to create a very experimental spaceship.
A candy spree leaves traces. Don't worry though: Stila's Lip Glaze will cover up the crime. Enriched with moisturizing camelia oil and anti-oxidant vitamin E, this gloss not only boasts a great transparent, shiny finish; it's also tasty. Its six minty flavors (berry, cherry, citrus, melon, minty, and vanilla) will conceal any evidence of sweets abuse.
The legendary stool designed by Henry Massonnet in 1968, in its metallic pink version. You could also use it as a tiny but flashy table, perfect for accomodating a large shaker of Piña Colada. If your friends favor other cocktails, you'll take good care of preserving the chromatic harmony by presenting them on one of the other Tam Tam in the series - they come in plum, titanium, copper, gold, and silver.

Such lamps as one would find in a house made of sweets, down by the shore. On the marshmallow balcony we'd lean on the balustrade of twisted licorice. In the distance, gingerbread ships plough the blue sea towards skies of honey.

The cat's obsessed with the aquarium. All day long it lies in wait in front of the nonchalant fish, watching relentlessly. On the first opportunity it will spring in the water and upset their quiet aquatic schedule. To prevent this tragedy, you'll have to install one of Cappellini's FISH chairs in your living room. Initially the little feline will dread this large plastic fish and its look of tranquil vigilance. Yet it'll approach the chair, and eventually coil inside the cool, comfortable cylinder beneath your legs.
Soon enough, kitten and fish will be best pals.
Spotted éclair, ivory chocolate glazing, green tea marzipan spots, ivory chocolate and green tea cream, Fauchon, 5 €
Fauchon, 24/26, place de la Madeleine Paris 8°, +33 1 70 39 38 00
This funny pastry looks like it came straight out of a cartoon. A witch, armed with her magic wand, enchanted a commonplace chocolate éclair. By a happy chance Fauchon was passing by, and managed to reverse the spell and turn it into one of the best desserts in Paris. Snow White approves.
